Why We Built This Site
Minnesota gives the public access to many court records, but the access path depends on the record. Blue Earth County District Court handles civil, criminal, family, probate, juvenile, and traffic case files through the statewide District Court system. Court Administrator / District Court Administration handles certified court copies and local case administration. The Sheriff's Office manages active warrants, jail custody, and law-enforcement records. The Blue Earth County License Center handles local marriage records, while statewide systems such as MCRO, MOMS, BCA public criminal history, and Court Web Payment each cover different record tasks.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
